What we store
If you sign up for alerts, we store your email address, your alert setting (whether alerts are on), the artists you follow, and a list of which events we've already emailed you, so you never get the same one twice. That's all. No name, no password, no payment details, no tracking cookies.
When you're signed in, your browser keeps one cookie that identifies your session. It can't be read by page scripts and is only sent to this site. To stop abuse, we briefly keep scrambled (one-way hashed) counters of sign-in attempts per IP address and email. We can't turn these back into the original values, and they're deleted within two days.
What we use it for
Only to sign you in and send the alert emails you turned on. We don't sell or share your data, and we don't send marketing.
Who processes it
The site and database run on Cloudflare. Emails are sent by Resend, which keeps its own delivery logs. The sign-in form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots.
Unsubscribing and deleting your data
Every alert email has an unsubscribe link. It works immediately and doesn't need you to sign in. To delete everything, sign in and use Delete my account on My alerts. That removes your data from our database right away. Cloudflare's automatic database backups may keep a copy for up to 30 days before it's gone for good.
Contact
A contact address is coming soon. Until then, you can remove all of your data yourself from My alerts.
